Leave College with More than a Degree!
Alpha Phi Omega – UP Cebu strives to create inclusive communities for a more peaceful world in which to make a life, by developing leaders, uniting members through friendship and rendering service to all.
Leadership
Leadership is one of the three Cardinal Principles of Alpha Phi Omega. The organization offers numerous leadership development opportunities for its members as we give service to our fellowmen.
Friendship
Alpha Phi Omega introduces you to a lot of people and the relationships which are founded and developed in the activities of APO are indescribably lasting and indeed something to treasure.
Service
We are the only intercollegiate organization with service as its primary mission. Members can lead projects and see them implemented. Services focus on the campus, community, nation, and members.

UP Cebu's oldest and largest on-campus organization!
Welcome to APO – UP Cebu! Our chapter is part of Alpha Phi Omega, an international organization of college students and alumni united by a common bond. A co-educational service fraternity, founded on the principles of the International Scouting Movement.
We have made a home here in the University of the Philippines Cebu College since 1979. The campus and its immediate communities have been the prime beneficiaries of our service projects and social activities.
This website was made for both APO and non-APO alike. Here you can find information about the UP Cebu chapter and APO in general, plus several resources on leadership and organizational management. Enjoy!

Nation
Service to the Filipino Nation
Leadership is one of the three Cardinal Principles of Alpha Phi Omega. As a national organization, Alpha Phi Omega strives to develop our members as leaders through service to others. This approach builds the leadership skills of our members while creating services that leave a lasting impact on our nation.
Ritual Dance of the Brave
The Oblation Run is an annual event held by the University of the Philippines (UP) chapters of Alpha Phi Omega (APO) in the different UP campuses. The runners are full-fledged male members who choose to run voluntarily.
The event was first organized in 1977 at the University of the Philippines Diliman. It draws its name from the Oblation statue which symbolizes “a selfless offering of one’s self to the country.” The event is usually done on December 16, and serves as a protest to contemporary national issues.
Make A Difference Today!
Alpha Phi Omega use the concepts of brotherhood as a means of providing assistance to others while developing close bonds of friendship among its members. Any student willing to provide service, develop leadership and build fellowship is welcome.
